Refunds and Exchanges

My number one focus is customer satisfaction. In other words, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and go tell ALL of your friends!

If within 7 days you decide it's not for you, I will refund your purchase price as long as the item is in original condition. Please contact me via e-mail prior to returning your item so that I know to expect it. You are responsible for original and return postage. If you would prefer to exchange the item for something else, please let me know. I'm happy to do so.

If the item has been personalized, it cannot be returned.

If an item is damaged or lost, please contact me via e-mail. It is my priority to be sure you are happy.
